Our Programs

MRT is an evidence-based cognitive-behavioral program that helps individuals develop higher moral reasoning, take responsibility for their choices, and build healthier values and goals. It is widely used with individuals in the criminal justice system, but is open to anyone seeking personal growth and accountability. The program runs for 12 weeks in a group format, meeting once per week.

WRAP® is a self-paced, personalized wellness system — not a fixed-duration program. Most individuals develop their initial plan over several sessions, and then continue to refine and use it ongoing as a lifelong wellness tool. Contact us to learn about current class schedules and availability.

Our primary programs are delivered in a group format, which research shows increases accountability and peer support. However, we do work with individuals to customize treatment plans and may incorporate individual check-ins as appropriate. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Cost & Logistics

Program fees vary based on the service and your specific situation. We believe cost should never be a barrier to recovery. Please contact us directly at (678) 425-0352 to discuss pricing options, payment plans, and any available fee assistance.

Please contact our office to discuss insurance and payment options. We want to make our programs accessible to as many people as possible and will work with you to find a solution that fits your situation.

We are located at 137 North Broad Street, Winder, GA 30680. Parking is available nearby. If you have difficulty finding us or need accessibility accommodations, please call us ahead of your appointment and we will be happy to assist.

What to Expect

Your first appointment is an intake session where we take time to listen — really listen — to your story, your goals, and your concerns. There is no judgment here. Together we'll identify the program or combination of support that best fits your needs, and we'll answer any questions you have before committing to anything.

Completely normal — and brave. Taking the first step toward recovery takes real courage. Many of our clients felt nervous before their first visit. Our goal is to make you feel safe, respected, and heard from the very first moment you walk through our door. You don't have to have it all figured out — just show up, and we'll go from there together.

Still Have Questions?

We're happy to answer any question — big or small. Please reach out. There's no such thing as a silly question when it comes to your recovery.
